Intake Boot 1113-141-2201 Fits Stihl 030 031 032 Chainsaw

Rubber intake manifold boot that fits the Stihl 030, 031 and 032 chainsaws. Replaces part number 1113-141-2201 (1113 141 2201). The boot joins the carburetor to the cylinder intake. Old rubber hardens and cracks, and a split boot lets unmetered air into the engine: the saw runs lean, races or will not hold an idle, dies when hot, and in time scores its piston. With the carburetor off, flex the boot and look for cracks. While it is apart, check the impulse line and fuel line, clean the mounting faces, and pressure and vacuum test the crankcase before running the saw.
