44mm Piston Kit Fits Husqvarna 150BT 350BT 150BF 350BF

A 44mm piston kit with top-end gaskets for the earlier engine in the Husqvarna 150BT, 350BT, 150BF and 350BF blowers, the 50cc two-stroke built before the 2021 redesign. It also fits the Jonsered BB2250, and the RedMax EBZ5100 (serial 70700001 and up) and EBZ5150 (serial 90100101 and up). The kit contains the piston, rings, wrist pin, circlips and top-end gasket set, and replaces piston 502849601. Look up your blower's model and serial number on its parts list: piston 502849601 or cylinder 502848701 means the earlier engine this kit fits; piston kit 531147153 means the 2021-and-newer engine, which takes a different kit. Most failures come from a lean condition, so pressure and vacuum test the crankcase and fix the air leak or fuel fault before assembly, and use a ring compressor.
