2 Ring Sets 77.50mm .020 Over Fits Kohler CH20 CH22

Two 77.50mm .020 oversize ring sets with a 1.5mm top compression ring, a second ring and a three-piece oil ring, for both cylinders of the Kohler 77mm, 624cc twin-cylinder engines. Pistons and gaskets are not included. They fit the CH18, CH20, CH22, CH620, CH621, CH640 and CH641 and the CV18, CV20, CV22, CV620, CV624 and CV640; some CH22, CH620 and CH640 engines are the 80mm, 674cc version, so check the displacement on the nameplate. They are for a cylinder bored .020 over to 77.50mm with .020 oversize pistons; standard rings will not seal an oversize bore. Rings will not seal a scored, glazed or out-of-round bore, so measure taper and out of round, hone lightly for a crosshatch, and check the end gap of each ring in its bore.

• 1.5MM TOP RING - The 77mm engines use a 1.5mm top ring, so there is no ring style to check on this family.
• FITS KOHLER 77MM, 624CC TWINS - CH18, CH20, CH22, CH620, CH621, CH640, CH641, CV18, CV20, CV22, CV620, CV624 and CV640. Some CH22, CH620 and CH640 engines are the 80mm, 674cc version, so check the displacement on the nameplate.
• .020 OVERSIZE, 77.50mm - For a cylinder bored .020 over and fitted with .020 oversize pistons. Standard rings will not seal an oversize bore.
