Intake Valve Guides 110-3526 Fits Onan P216 P218 P220

Two intake valve guides, one per cylinder, that fit the Onan P216, P218 and P220 twin-cylinder engines. Replaces part number 110-3526. A valve that rocks in its guide, oil smoke, or a seat that will not stay sealed after lapping points to guide wear; measure the valve stems too. The old guide is pressed out, the new one pressed in to depth and finished to size, and the seat cut afterward to run true to it. Set the valve clearance cold on reassembly.

• TWO INTAKE VALVE GUIDES - Replaces part number 110-3526. One guide for the intake valve of each cylinder.
• FITS ONAN P216, P218 AND P220 - Read the model and spec number from the tag on the engine.
• WHEN A GUIDE IS DUE - A valve that rocks side to side in its guide, oil smoke, or a seat that will not stay sealed after lapping all point to guide wear. Measure the valve stem as well, since a worn stem looks like a worn guide.
• A SHOP JOB - The old guide is driven or pressed out, the new one pressed in to the correct depth and finished to size, and the seat is cut afterward so it runs true to the new guide.
• WHILE THE VALVES ARE OUT - Check the valve springs, retainers and keepers, and set the valve clearance cold to the engine manual figure on reassembly.
