A solid-state ignition coil with switch wires for the Stihl 024, 026, 029, 034, 036, 038, 039, 044 and 046 and the MS260, MS290, MS310, MS360, MS380, MS390, MS440 and MS460. It replaces 0000-400-1300; the 064 used three different coils and this replaces only 0000-400-1300 on it. It does not fit the 028. Replace it when there is no spark or a weak spark with a good plug and stop switch, or the saw dies when hot. Set the air gap to the flywheel and route the switch wires away from the flywheel and cylinder.

- FITS STIHL 024, 026, 029, 034, 036, 038, 039, 044 AND 046 - Plus the MS260, MS290, MS310, MS360, MS380, MS390, MS440 and MS460. Not the 028.
- REPLACES 0000-400-1300 - On the 064, which used three different coils, it replaces 0000-400-1300 only.
- WHEN IT NEEDS REPLACING - No spark or a weak spark with a good plug and a working stop switch, or a saw that dies when hot and restarts when cool.
- INSTALLATION - Set the air gap to the flywheel with a gauge or a business card, route the switch wires away from the flywheel and cylinder, and check the kill switch circuit before starting.
