.020 Rebuild Kit with Valves Fits Onan B43 B48 112-0264

A .020 oversize rebuild kit with valves for the Onan B43 and B48 opposed-twin engines. It contains two .020 oversize pistons (112-0264) for a 3.270 inch finished bore, two intake and two exhaust valves (110-1808, now 110-2368, and 110-1955), two valve seals (509-0210), the top-end gasket set (110-3181) and the bottom-end gasket set with seals. The valves are B-series parts; the P216, P218 and P220 use different valves (110-3479 and 110-3480), so this kit does not suit them. The standard bore is 3.250 inches, so these pistons fit only a block bored .020 over. Nine head bolts is this engine family. Connecting rods are not included. Lap the valves and set valve clearance, check ring end gap, and torque the heads in sequence.

• PISTONS, VALVES, GASKETS AND SEALS - Two .020 oversize pistons (112-0264), two intake and two exhaust valves (110-1808, now 110-2368, and 110-1955), two valve seals (509-0210), the top-end gasket set (110-3181) and the bottom-end gasket set with seals.
• FITS ONAN B43 AND B48 ONLY - The valves in this kit are B-series parts. The P216, P218 and P220 take different valves (110-3479 and 110-3480), so this kit does not suit them.
• FOR A BLOCK BORED .020 ONLY - .020 over the 3.250 inch standard gives a 3.270 inch finished bore. These pistons will not fit a standard or .010 bore. Have the machining done, measure, then order.
• COUNT YOUR HEAD BOLTS - Nine head bolts is this engine family. Ten is the P224 and OL24 family on a larger bore, which this kit does not fit.
• WHILE IT IS APART - Lap the new valves to their seats and set valve clearance, check ring end gap in the bore, and torque the heads in sequence. Connecting rods are not included.
