Pole Saw Gear Head Fits Stihl HT73 HT75 HT100 KM90 KM110

A replacement pole saw gear head for the Stihl HT73, HT75 and HT100 pole pruners and the KM90, KM110 and KM130 with the pole pruner attachment. It is the right-angle gearbox at the end of the shaft that turns the drive shaft into chain drive, and it replaces part 4182-200-0070. Replace it when it grinds, runs hot, leaks grease, has play at the sprocket, or spins without driving the chain. While it is apart, check the square end of the drive shaft and the shaft tube for wear, grease the gear head before first use, and tension the chain.
