A 46-piece engine gasket set for the Briggs & Stratton Vanguard V-twins of 29, 30 and 35 cubic inches. The set contains two head gaskets, two valve cover gaskets, intake and exhaust gaskets, crankcase and oil pan gaskets, breather gaskets, cylinder base gaskets and the small O-rings and seals: everything to reseal the engine during an overhaul or head job. Pistons, rings, connecting rods, valves, camshaft and bearings are not included. It fits model numbers beginning 29, 30 and 35, such as 303447, 304447, 305447, 305777, 350447 and 350777, and replaces gasket sets 841188, 842722, 808704, 808390 and 847319. It does not fit the 38 cubic inch Vanguards (380000 to 386000 series), which take gasket set 842658, or the Intek V-twins, singles or opposed-twin L-heads. Read the model, type and code on the engine before ordering. Clean every mating face without gouging the aluminum, check the heads for warp, and tighten the head bolts in the sequence and to the torque in the service manual.
