Gasket kit for the Onan CCK, CCKA and CCKB opposed twin cylinder engines, 49.8 cubic inch, 816cc, 3.25 inch bore. Covers intake and exhaust manifold gasket 154-2769, superseding 154-0013 and 154A13, and valve cover gasket 110-3606, superseding 110-0667, 110A667 and 110A110. Fifteen pieces per set, enough to complete one engine. These are opposed twins with a separate port and valve cover per cylinder, so a complete job requires two of most gaskets. Valve cover gasket 110-3606 is specified for engines with cast iron blocks and cast iron intake manifolds and is not the part for aluminum configurations, so check what your manifold is made of before ordering. This kit does not fit the Onan B series or P series engines, which are a different family with their own gasket numbers. A leaking intake gasket on a CCK produces a lean surge and a hunting idle. Check the manifold flange for warp with a straightedge while it is off, because a distorted casting will leak through a new gasket.

Valve cover gasket 110-3606 is specified for the cast iron configuration and is not the part for aluminum block or aluminum intake versions. Look at what your manifold is actually made of before ordering.
• FIFTEEN PIECES, enough to do the whole engine. These are opposed twins with a separate intake port and valve cover per cylinder, so a complete job needs two of most gaskets in the set. Ordering a gasket at a time is how a weekend rebuild turns into three weekends.
• THIS IS NOT THE B SERIES OR P SERIES ENGINE. The CCK is an industrial and welder engine. The B43, B48, P216, P218 and P220 are a different family with their own gasket numbers, and the valve cover gasket in particular is a different part. If your engine tag says B or P rather than CCK, this is the wrong kit.
• WHILE THE MANIFOLD IS OFF. Check the manifold for warp with a straightedge, since a heat-cycled cast iron intake that has pulled away at the flange will leak through a new gasket. Clean both faces down to bare metal and look at the carburetor mounting gasket and the breather at the same time.
