Sprocket 3/8 6 Tooth 1116-640-2001 Fits Stihl 015 Chainsaw

3/8 inch pitch, 6 tooth sprocket with its needle bearing that fits the Stihl 015 chainsaw. Replaces part number 1116 640 2001 (1116-640-2001). New old stock: unused, in its box, and no longer in production. Replace the sprocket when the teeth are worn to points or grooved, the chain jumps or will not seat, or the bearing is rough and lets the sprocket wobble. Grease the needle bearing and the crankshaft where it runs, and pair the new sprocket with a chain that is not worn out.

• SIGNS IT IS DUE - Teeth worn to points or grooved where the chain rides, a chain that will not seat or that jumps, or a dry, rough needle bearing that lets the sprocket wobble or drag at idle.
• FITTING IT - Clean and grease the needle bearing and the crankshaft where it runs. Run a chain that is not worn out on a new sprocket, since a stretched chain wears new teeth quickly.
