2 Pistons 77.75mm .030 Over Fits Kohler CH20 CH22

Two 77.75mm .030 oversize pistons with matched ring sets, wrist pins and circlips for the Kohler 77mm, 624cc twin-cylinder engines. Gaskets, seals, connecting rods and valves are not included. They fit the CH18, CH20, CH22, CH620, CH621, CH640 and CH641 and the CV18, CV20, CV22, CV620, CV624 and CV640; some CH22, CH620 and CH640 engines are the 80mm, 674cc version, so check the displacement on the nameplate. They are the .030 oversize, for a cylinder bored to 77.75mm; a standard cylinder measures 77.00mm, so measure before ordering. There is one piston for each cylinder of the twin. Before assembly, check ring end gap in the bore and side clearance in the groove, use a ring compressor, and find the cause of any scuffing on the old piston.

• FOR A BORE MACHINED TO 77.75mm - This is the .030 oversize. Measure the bore before ordering: a cylinder bored .030 over measures 77.75mm, a standard one 77.00mm.
• BOTH CYLINDERS - Two pistons with their rings, one for each cylinder of the twin.
• MEASURE BEFORE IT GOES TOGETHER - Check ring end gap in the bore and side clearance in the groove, and use a ring compressor. If the old piston scuffed, find out why, such as an air leak, overheating or low oil, before fitting the new one.
