Engine rebuild kit for the Onan B-series and P-series twins, .030 oversize. In the box: two .030 oversize pistons (112-0264-03) for a 3.280 inch finished bore, ring set 113-0310, the complete engine gasket set (168-0187) and both crankshaft seals (509-0040 front, 509-0041 rear). It fits the B43, B48, P216, P218 and P220. All five run a 3.250 inch standard bore; what separates them is stroke, which is why one piston size covers them. The B43 and P216 are 43 cubic inch; the B48, P218 and P220 are 47.7. Count the head bolts: nine is this family and gasket set 168-0187; ten is the P224 and OL24 family on a 3.560 inch bore, which this kit does not suit. Read the spec letter: ring set 113-0310 is specified from spec D onward, and specs A through C take 113-0314. The P220G-OHV is a different engine and is not covered. The block must already be bored to .030; these pistons will not fit a standard or a .020 bore. Connecting rods are not included and split by horsepower: 114-0394 for the 16 HP B43 and P216, 114-0397 for the 18 to 20 HP B48, P218 and P220. The later rod is a solid I-beam and the earlier one has a hole cast through it; do not mix the two in one engine. Also not included: valves, valve guides, bearings, the intake valve seal and the oil pump gasket 120-0161.

- CHECK YOUR SPEC LETTER AS WELL AS YOUR MODEL - This kit ships ring set 113-0310, specified from spec D onward. Engines on specs A through C take 113-0314 instead. The spec letter is on the nameplate next to the model number. This kit does not cover the P220G-OHV, which is a different engine.
- YOUR BLOCK MUST BE BORED TO .030 FIRST - These pistons will not fit a standard or a .020 block. Have the machining done, then measure, then order. Connecting rods are not included and split by horsepower: 114-0394 for 16 HP, 114-0397 for 18 to 20 HP.
