A 44.7mm piston kit for the Stihl MS271, replacing 1141 030 2012. The MS271 was built with two cylinder designs, so compare your cylinder with the listing photos before ordering. A scored piston is usually a lean condition, so pressure and vacuum test the crankcase and fix any air leak or fuel fault before the new piston goes in. Measure ring end gap in the bore, use a ring compressor and fit the circlips fully.

  • 44.7MM PISTON KIT - Piston, rings, wrist pin and circlips.
  • FITS STIHL MS271 - The 50.2cc saw on a 44.7mm bore.
  • REPLACES 1141 030 2012 - If your parts list shows that number for the piston, this kit covers it.
  • TWO CYLINDER VERSIONS - The MS271 was built with two cylinder designs. Compare your cylinder with the listing photos before ordering.
  • FIND THE CAUSE FIRST - A scored piston is usually a lean condition: an air leak at the intake or crank seals, or a fuel fault. Pressure and vacuum test the crankcase before the new piston goes in.
