Two standard 79.25mm piston ring sets for Briggs & Stratton engines. Each set has a top compression ring, a second compression ring and a three-piece oil ring; two sets do both cylinders of a V-twin, and on a single the second set is a spare. Pistons and gaskets are not included. The sets fit the 44 cubic inch Intek V-twins built from code date 05071800 on: the 441, 445, 446 and 44C to 44U series. Engines built before that code take a different ring set, so read the code date stamped next to the model number. They also fit the 79.25mm single-cylinder OHV engines of the 19H, 19L, 201 to 207 and 20A to 20T series, with no code date limit. They replace 792026 and the earlier 793561. These are standard-bore rings for a cylinder that has not been bored oversize. Before assembly, check ring end gap in the bore and the condition of the ring grooves, since worn grooves need a new piston, and use a ring compressor.

  • TWO STANDARD RING SETS - Each set has a top compression ring, a second compression ring and a three-piece oil ring. Two sets do both cylinders of a V-twin; on a single, the second set is a spare. Pistons and gaskets are not included.
  • FITS 44 CUBIC INCH INTEK V-TWINS FROM CODE DATE 05071800 - The 441, 445, 446 and 44C to 44U series at the 79.25mm standard bore. Engines built before that code take a different ring set, so read the code date stamped next to the model number.
  • ALSO FITS THE 79.25MM OHV SINGLES - The 19H, 19L, 201 to 207 and 20A to 20T series single-cylinder OHV engines have the same bore and use the same rings, with no code date limit.
  • REPLACES 792026 AND 793561 - 792026 is the current number and 793561 the earlier one. If your parts list shows either for your model and code, these sets cover it.
  • STANDARD BORE ONLY - For a cylinder that has not been bored oversize. Check ring end gap in the bore and the ring grooves on the piston; worn grooves need a new piston, not just rings. Use a ring compressor.
