Two standard piston ring sets, one for each cylinder, for the Kawasaki FR651V, FR691V and FR730V, FS651V, FS691V and FS730V, FX651V, FX691V and FX730V, and the FT730V: the 726cc V-twins at the 78mm standard bore and 76mm stroke. Each set has a top compression ring, a second compression ring and a three-piece oil ring. They replace ring set 13008-0569, also listed as 13008-7005. Pistons, wrist pins, gaskets and valves are not included. These are standard-size rings: an engine bored oversize in an earlier rebuild needs oversize rings, so measure each bore for size and taper before ordering. Hone lightly, check end gap in the bore, fit the rings marked side up with the gaps staggered, and use a ring compressor on assembly.

- FITTING THE RINGS - Hone lightly so the rings have a crosshatch to seat against, check end gap in the bore, fit the rings marked side up, stagger the gaps and use a ring compressor going into the cylinder.
