A rebuild kit with connecting rods and valves for the Kohler 80mm, 674cc twin-cylinder engines. The kit contains two 80mm standard pistons with wrist pins and circlips (replacing 25-874-54-S), two ring sets, two connecting rods, intake and exhaust valves, the complete gasket set (head, valve cover, intake, exhaust and breather gaskets and O-rings), two crankshaft oil seals and crankcase sealer. It fits the CH22, CH23, CH620, CH621, CH640, CH641, CH670, CH680, CH682, CV22, CV23, CV620, CV640, CV670 and CV680. The CH620, CH621, CH640, CH641, CV620 and CV640 were also built as 77mm, 624cc engines, so check the displacement on the nameplate: 674cc is this kit. The engine is 80mm bore by 67mm stroke. For standard 80mm bores only; a bored cylinder needs oversize pistons. The pistons come with their own rings, so there is no need to measure the old ring grooves. Check crankpin and rod clearance, lap the valves and set valve clearance, and tighten rod and head bolts to the service manual figures.
